Prishtina, 15 november 2009 - In first Press Conference, held in Election Media Center , at 09.00 am, in facility of Philological Faculty, president of Central Election Commission, Mrs. Nesrin Lushta , said that the Election Process is going smoothly without any bolded problems. President Lushta, announced that are opened on the time 98.41 % of Polling Stations.
